Winners of the very first Forestry Micro-Innovation Challenge 2022 have been announced!
In no particular order, the three winners are:
- Remote Controlled Felling Banner (David Johnston)
- Slash Grapple (Harper Logging)
- Mud Mats (Lukas Krkavec)
While there can only be 3 winners of this challenge who will receive funding towards developing their idea, organisers of the Mirco Innovation Challenge (supported by FICA) believe in the potential of the ideas you have taken the time to share.
They are always looking for new ways to create better outcomes, and hope to provide further support in helping the remaining ideas to become a reality. Thank you to everyone who has engaged in this challenge, whether you've shared an idea, commented, or voted!
So, what's next?
The Winners have been contacted and are being provided with funding to assist them in the building of a prototype / experiment to test their idea.
